End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to confirmed payment and compliance with this EULA, MML Digital grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software for your own personal or professional productivity.

• Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Software;
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code, except where permitted by law;
• Do not share your access with third parties;
• Do not remove proprietary notices or use the Software for unlawful purposes.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and interest, including copyrights, trademarks (such as "MML Digital", "FocusForge" and "TaskArchitect") and related intellectual property, remain with MML Digital.

Any tasks, notes or other information you enter remain yours. You are responsible for the content you add and for keeping your own backups when relevant.

We may provide updates, fixes or changes to features. Updates are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

The Software is a digital tool designed for personal productivity and task management. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee specific results.

To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, MML Digital's total liability under this EULA is limited to the amount paid for the license. This does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.

This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA or if your purchase is refunded. Upon termination you must stop using the Software.
